This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

If within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of the original purchase the product proves to be defective by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, Juice Jack Ltd (‘we’) warrant to the original purchaser of this product and subject to the following conditions to have the defective product (or any part or parts thereof) repaired or at our discretion replaced free of charge.

1. The product shall have been purchased and used in accordance with standard operating instructions and the technical and/or Safety Standards required in the country where the product is to be used.
2. The product should be returned at the purchaser’s own risk and expense to the authorised dealer from whom the product was purchased, together with this guarantee and proof of purchase (containing date of purchase of the product).
3. This warranty shall not apply to defects caused by fire, accidental damage, misuse, use with products not sold or licensed by us (including but not limited to adapters and power supplies), wear and tear, the purchaser’s and or any third party’s negligence, modification, damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser, or any other cause unrelated to defects in material and workmanship.
4. The warranty shall not apply to any part or parts of a limited natural life. For the avoidance of doubt the gradual decrease over time in the capacity and performance of the internal Lithium Ion Battery shall not be deemed to be a defect in material or workmanship of this product.
5. If at any time during the warranty period any part or parts of the product are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or of an objective quality safe and suitable for the product, or if the product has been dismantled or repaired by a person not authorised by us, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any rights and/or remedies under this warranty.
6. The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee against us is for the repair (or at our discretion the replacement) of the product or any part or parts and no other remedy, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature shall be available to the purchaser.
7. Our decision on all matters relating to complaints shall be final. Any product or defective part that has been replaced shall become our property.
